Structure, electrical and plumbing layouts

Column, beam and footing layout, electrical points and SLD, plumbing and drainage - from the same plan.

Once a floor plan is ready, CatBOQ calculates the other drawings from it. They use no AI and always match the plan; each stage is a fixed token fee.

  1. 1Structure: grids, columns, beams and footings are placed along the walls, with preliminary sizes and schedules. Change the maximum span, soil bearing capacity or concrete and steel grades in its settings to recalculate.
  2. 2Electrical: lights, fans, sockets, AC and geyser points are placed per room from your company's electrical rules, with distribution boards, circuits and a single-line diagram. Click a room to change its counts, or drag a point to move it.
  3. 3Plumbing & drainage: fixtures on the wet walls, soil and waste stacks, risers, sump and overhead tank sizes, septic tank (or municipal sewer) and the rainwater harvesting pit. Click a room to change its fixtures.
Column, beam and footing sizes are preliminary and marked as such on the drawing. A qualified structural engineer must design and approve the structure before construction.
