1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CATBOQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using CATBOQ on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
CATBOQ is offered under Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans, each with its own project and user limits as described on our Plans page. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plan limits and pricing may change with notice.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all project, estimation, and company data you enter into CATBOQ. We only access it to provide the service, respond to support requests, or as required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting unauthorized access to other companies' data, reverse-engineering the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or have significantly overdue payments, with reasonable notice where practical.
7. Limitation of Liability
CATBOQ is provided "as is." Estimation outputs — including AI-assisted takeoff results — should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being relied upon commercially. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
